Free Consultations on Genetic Testing and Sports Nutrition

06/12/2026

About the Project

The National Association of DanceSport (NADS), in partnership with licensed genetic laboratories and qualified sports nutrition professionals, is developing a program that provides free consultations on genetic testing and sports nutrition, promoting a personalized approach to athlete development.

Every athlete is unique. Genetic characteristics, nutritional habits, recovery capacity, and physical attributes can all influence training, performance, and long-term athletic development. The aim of this project is to provide athletes, coaches, and parents with access to evidence-based information and expert guidance, enabling them to make informed decisions about training, nutrition, and overall performance.

These consultations do not replace medical diagnosis or treatment. They are provided exclusively by qualified professionals and partner organizations with expertise in their respective fields.

Project Objectives

  • Increase awareness of the role of genetic testing in sports performance and athlete development.
  • Provide access to professional sports nutrition consultations.
  • Support the development of an individualized approach to training and performance.
